i suggest doing the 10-altogether draw, not 10 single draws lol, so at least you'll have one 3 stared ninja.
Well the tendo pain treasure is pretty good, so i would draw from it now, since you do have higher chances of getting seal scrolls if you have a stronger team from pvp events and such, or if you really want to save them up, you'll have to wait till lvl 70 or something for a future treasure.
