Dear Ninjas,
Thank you all for the patience you showed concerning the Consumption Wheel event. As we promised, we will gradually send compensations to players who were affected by the bug. Now, the compensation has been sent out to players who playing in the LA-region servers.
This bug affected the participating players in the following time periods for the LA-region servers: 03/27 00:00:00 to 03/28 00:00:00 (server’s time).
For other regions, we will be sending the compensations region by region, one region per week. Compensation Method:The affected participants during the bug period will be compensated in Coupons*5 for each Draw (Ingots*20). Free Draws will not be included in this compensation.For example: if a player drew 50 times in the Consumption Wheel during the bug period (which would be a total of Ingots*1000), the player will be given a compensation of Coupons*250.
