The first time I paid in full and got my ingots, but the second time, I didn't have enough, so I paid some and tried to get a refund. I have been trying now for 11 days, and no one has offered to help or even email me. Please help me guys, I really want my ingots! Reply

first off to get a refund on something like this. You need screenshots of the orders time u purchased purchase numbers how much u purchased and a few other things. If u don't have any of these things ur sol.
