So, on April 2nd, I recharged 500 ingots, 250 at a time. The first time I paid in full and got my ingots, but the second time, I didn't have enough, so I paid some and tried to get a refund. I have been trying now for 11 days, and no one has offered to help or even email me. Please help me guys, I really want my ingots!

    Did you contact Oasis through the client and explained the situation about not receiving ingots?
Yeah, they haven't replied for about 13 days.
