I'd suggest reading how the system works before saying how "10k players won't be able to participate". It's not cross region + there's 30-50 "active players" per each server in the 128 server range, where only a few players per server are active enough to even try and participate.
Just because Oasis says that the capacity of a server is 10.000, doesn't mean that it's true, most of them don't have over 30 active players(not including merged activity). Everyone will benefit from the event even without getting a shiny title and clothing.

Yeah, but the 30-50 players from UK - S202 (my server) have no chance to get a spot in that 128 best players because there are way too many other servers that are stronger and so, we are left with betting. Wow. I certainly play this game to bet on people I don't even know.
