chinese is more accurate.
consistanly working is maybe has something to do with getting combo through normal attack starter or special attack starter,sometimes your character has the chance to start a combo off your normal attack pattern but sometimes it doesn't but special attacks starts the combo for sure.
i used through alot of my early game the team of hinata 2* kabuto and sasuke 3* used it until i was lvl 60.
