1＃ Go ToI feel like my team lineup just isn't the best that it could be. Especially since I've gotten a couple of units who, for the most part, seem like they'd be useful. What could you guys recommend me using?
Who should i get and level? Who should I ignore?
And if you can, post a formation for them as well or describe it as best as you can. I'm all ears!

I would suggest something like that:
Summon: Ninja Dog, Ninja Cat, Deer, White Snake(not sure what summons you have, but these you can easilly obtain)
Or that if you need more heals:
Summon: Ninja Monkey
Neji and Guy are usefull in some instances, SA, PvP because their cancel skill
Ten-Ten and Haku are needed for world bossesSasuke is good at chasing so you may use him too
Naruto is nice because of the clones that can produse (good meat shield)

yes i've used naruto's clones a lot....especially in ninja exam, haha. -
