Yes, Mood Scrolls will return to the daily wheel.
Unfortunately, I don't have an exact date I can give you.

However, it should be relatively soon.
It's something we fought to bring back for the players,

so, mood scroll will back with level gift packs and cave key at home too ? well, maybe with new power gift packs will be good too, but so sadly, much ppl now need adv refines, for free or exchange event, can u try manage it tobeii ?

Mood Scrolls = Yes
Cave Keys = Yes

As for power gift packs, currently not the right now.
But there's been talks about it.

As for advance refinements, that's also been brought up and hopefully added more often towards events,
