9. The major issue here is that the server is dominated by one Group only, no contest at all. They have the monopoly of everything thus other groups either disband, transfer or quit altogether. Game becomes stale and boring when the power difference is way too high. A server merge WILL tip the scales of power and make the game interesting again for everyone.
