Greating Oasis, Players, Devs and everybody else who reading this.
Today I encountered pretty dissapointing bug/issue or whatever you want to call it...
So what happened, last month I reached Sixth Path Sennin in Arena, but didnt claim rewards yet, and when finally today I decided to claim them, turns out I dont even have that mail anymore, so there is nothing to claim. Basically I lost ALL rewards.
So I started investigating how it is possible, went throught all the mails and couldnt even find Arena Reward mail, turned out LATEST mail I had in my mail box was from 02.04.2017, since we receive arena reward mail on the first of each month, it just got "kicked out" from the mail box, since I had 10 pages of mails. From my understanding we can`t have more than 10 pages of mail?! Which isn`t mentioned anywhere...
So even if u have some attachements in those mails, they just dissapear.



Unfortunatelly, I tried to clean my mail box, in hope those missing mails will come back, but as you understand by now, it didnt happen.

Could you guys, please, have a look on this and hopefully I could get my Arena Rewards back..
