As a free to player aquiring my first 60 seal scrolls was quite difficult and I spent them all on sage treasure and got Ao as my rare whitch is very dissapointing. I was wondering if I should spend my next 60 seal scrolls on sage tressure again? Because I think the chance of getting Sage Naruto will be higher? Or should I spend them on Kage since I am about to unlock that tressure.
