Hey

It's random. You may or may not obtain a voucher through the Lucky Bag.
Additionally, you may obtain a higher % voucher. However, those are rarer.

That's incorrect.

I've had players receive 30% vouchers from the lucky bag that can confirm differently.
Unfortunately, it's RNG and you'll have to be extremely lucky to receive it.
