This isn't going to be a rant or complaint ( maybe towards the end), but I want to address that Oasis is taking the proper step in earning our trust from the community. At the end of the day it's business, what makes them happy is money, but to earn that kind of money, you want to make us, your community happy as well.
The events have somewhat been improving, but they are repeated events, they are the same events, and to recieve discount vouchers you have to have great RNG to get a 30% voucher or better. During the fist encounter with daily special and vouchers, within my first 400 coupons of spinning the wheel, I got myself a 50% voucher. That was incredible luck and I was completely satisfied. As the events came back, it was harder to obtain those kindsn of discounts, and even if they were to change now, people have spent and not everyone wants to spend weekly. These events need changes day 1, not months later. Please also consider mixing up the events, and not releasing the same events every 2 weeks. I have noticed a trend and this is not good if the company relies on several events for their income.
I know its a step in the right direction, and I do have faith you will restore some peoples hopes, but like people have said, the damage is done and so be careful not to do more harm.
One more thing, for the "heavy spenders," please keep in mind that complaining and arguing on forums and saying "I will not spend/recharge/give money to Oasis," yet you still do, you are the definiton of hypocrites. It annoys many players when people want to rant and make a plead that they won't spend, but still do. Just please don't complain when you are spending, it doesn't relate to your statement of Oasis improving when your still spending like a fool :$:victory:
