Dear Ninja,
Yesterday, we received some reports from players that they cannot fight in the arena, timer will be closed then arena won’t let you fight:



If players also meet this problem, please fill into following information in order for us to check it further: Server ID:Time Zone:Character name:UID:When did you meet this bug:
Bug description:*Print screen:
(Bug print screen must have your server time and character name in it. * )
And we also ask that players please provide a logfile about this bug, send your information mentioned above and logfile to email: narutoen_support@oasgames.com
How to get logfile: Type hylogfile in the interface(don’t type in the chat box), there would be a pop-up information, then save it.

I first came came across the bug yesterday and carried over to today but yesterday it would just continue to search for a battle for hours even after refreshing the client and then today it just said cannot fight in arena.

When did you met this bug: 4/12 after Great Ninja War (20:40)
Bug description: I join the queue, it goes for 10 seconds, and then it just says "Request Timeout", my connection is not the problem, is happening to everyone in my server.
