Kisame, why is The Kisame weak as heck in this game

So yeah can someone tell me why kisame mystery doesn't do * if the opponent player has already casted his mysterys, from what I have observed even if you put kisame in slot 1 and do his mystery before everyone else as long as the enemy ninjas are mid-casting (i.e they have the blue glow around them), his mystery just turn into water trumphet chase which hits 4 targets lol. I understand that kisame can only absorb the chakra that the enemy team hasn't used but where is the logic in that! if they haven't actually performed their mysterys then the chakra shouldn't count as used chakra, that's not how chakra works, in the anime when naruto is about to use nine tails chakra to summon gamabunta kisame quickly absorbs all his chakra. due to many other * mechanics like this alot of good ninjas are considered useless like for example why is itachis amaterasu a chase and why the hell can it's ignition be removed by a scruby healing jutsu. It would have been better if itachis mystery was amaterasu with a 3 turn cool down and 1 turn battle field cool down but the ignition could not be removed for 2 or 3 turns, similarly it would have been better if itachis koto-amatsukami caused immobile (technically that jutsu does paralyze the target) and moderate damage etc etc, honestly this makes me think they made these ninjas *y on purpose so players will buy power-creep ninjas. I hear the skill books update upgrade all akatsuki members but I honestly don't think I can stay that long.
