Enemies hit by haku seemingly doesn't die, they always get left with 1 HP till I used water main's poison attack on them.

This isn't a bug, it's actually a reference to the fact that Haku won't kill unless he is forced too.

yeah, its not a bug.there is even a question about it in the Ninja Test on which ninja cant kill and leaves 1 hp.Plus the SA which Haku is in would be unfair :P

One of haku's passive is called "Compassion", which buffs haku by quite a little, but doesn't let Haku kill anyone. Hence, most ninjas are left with 1 hp. (Working this off memory, information might be slightly off x_x)
