I'm still new to the game so can I ask how this event works?
Is it:
Every time you refine an item you get a wish credit, and that means you can refine once more immediately? Or you don't need to press anything?
No, the way the wish credit works is every time you fail to refine you get 1 credit and the higher your wish credit is the higher chance of it refining the next time. But with this event when you successfully refine a gear piece it gives you more credits towards your next successful upgrade. -

Also if you are still really new to the game and not really high lvl i would skip this event this time and wait untill the next wish event unless you have a decent amount of refines to use. -
