I have Gaara*4 in my bottom team and enemy has Sasuke*3 in mid team..shouldn't my Gaara overlap the Sasuke mystery?

So I should put Gaara last row move°4? I tried but it still failed...i have really high initiative and i need that shield all the time but fml that sasuke is sooo annoying because i never get to use Gaara
