Hi! I'm currently a level 58 Azure Fang player in S26. :)
As for the line up, considering the ninjas and summons you currently have, this is the best that I can think of:

Main -- Sasuke 3* -- Hinata 3*
x -- x -- Guy
x -- x -- x

Talents will be: 3--2--3--2--2
Summon: Ninja Dog Shiba

According to the simulator, this lineup has 10, 931 power and 9 combos. Although the defense and resistance is low, the outbreak is slightly higher.

As to why I suggest this lineup...

Hinata: She's one of the best defensive tanks out there. I'm currently using her in my line up and I can beat people higher than my level thanks to her defense! I can shut down MB and other attackers thanks to her mystery skill. And it only costs 20 chakra!

Sasuke: I don't use him since I prefer Kakashi but as to what I've seen and heard, he's a really great and strong hitter. He's in the third action since I have this strategy of putting those with the highest amount of damage to incur on the third place. His mystery skill may take one round but once it's activated, it's very deadly. I lost a lot of times before on players with Sasuke on their team.

Guy: He's also a great tank. If Hinata is on the defensive side, Guy will be on the offense. He not only boosts the attacks of all people in the unit but he c*so incur a lot of damage. When I use him sometimes, I'm always astonished into how easily he dealt with the opponents with his taijutsu. And if you add his taijutsu skills with your poison tai? Deadly.

Status Effects: Accupuncture, Paralyze, Poison, Burn, Chaos.
