Now i have activated jonin trial, and obviously you guys progammed EVERYTHING TO WORK exceot nine tails narto chakra claim, coud you do anything about that, like allow the trial to get it or dont allow the other claims (My name is TheDreemur if you do something add or take awya the thins from our account)

Why would you get it for free during a 3-day trial when it's supposed to be an added bonus to those who actually purchased a full one?

You can't claim the Jonin medal pakage from activating a demo Jonin Trial.

Am I assuming you're trying to claim the Jonin Medal Rewards with a trial medal?
Considering it's not an actually bought medal, you do not receive the additional benefits it comes with.
Kyuubi Naruto is restricted only to those who buy the Medal itself.
Trial Medals provide only the benefits outside of the "claimable" rewards.

that seems very weird as I was able to clai evreything but the chakra naruto. could this be some bug?

It's not.

As I've explained prior. Kyuubi Naruto is restricted for players whom bought the medal.
