I would be very if you the embodiment of the toxicity on this forum actually quit. Most of your post just like this one have no argument whatsoever other than baseless accusation and I am surprised to see you still haven't got banned

You throw in the straight 4.0 version that china currently has and 90% of the ninjas we are using right now will be garbage, player be bombed by tons and tons of event that they don't know how the * do they function (Chinese version almost has 4 times the number of activity that we currently have). Will the toxicity be decreased because of that? No. The Chinese forum is still full of complain as we do. And of course on a business perspective, having the game progress will be better for the income since every new era has new ninja that counter the meta before it (Kushina Triggered > Passive Immune, Hans > Root & Blitz, Passive Barrier > Manual Barrier, etc...). Also as the version get more complex you would need more optimize on everything, skill, stat, pricing, etc.... Releasing the game at an early stage and let it progress will make it easier to optimize unlike throw in a bunch of stuff and fck everything up from the ecosystem to the meta.
Now what advantage that you think would come if they give us straight 2.0 or 4.0 version? You wanna get free stuff or cheaper stuff like hidan 2 or sage naruto? It's because they are all out of meta right now in China. Do china get free Temari Swimsuit? Do they get free rares from the GNW treasure? Hell no. Free power? What's the different between a server with all 100k power and a server with all 10k power? Nothing. I agree that recently the game is boring as hell and really need new content, dev know that and has been working hard on it but it doesn't mean it's a good ideal to throw in all of them at once.
Oh and seems like from your point of view there is absolutely no positive thing about this game since I have never seen a positive post of yours on this forum. Is bond system not good for you and it should be get rid of? Is the way they give out BA Rebate right after Panic Buy just like usual that bad that you want it to be completely random, unexpectable? Is the normal pricing in Time-Limited Recruitment so bad that it should be either lowered by 50% or doubled? If this game is so bad why are you still keep playing? Just quit.
