Ninja Exam: GNW Neji, Sage Naruto, Ino, Mei, Ao, Iruka, WB Asuma, GNW Kankuro, Hinata

Survival Trial: Most healers are useful as they keep you team alive over the course of trial, you can just use your strongest ninjas for the rest and adjust as needed.

Strong Approach: Depends on your main, difficulty and which SA you are doing, but it's important to have ninjas who can interrupt, acupuncture or immobilize to minimize damage taken.

Hidan SA: Kabuto, Tayuya, Kimimaro, Hinata, Sakura, Tsunade
Hanzo SA: Kabuto, Sasuke, Suigetsu, Neji, Guy, GNW Sai

Hidan SA: Kabuto, tayuya, Kimimaro; it doesn't matter what your main is, you can beat difficult using those 3 ninjas at 20k+ pow.

Hanzo SA: Depending on your main, but generally a combination of sasuke, sakura, kabuto/sai works for most.

For survival trial, a mabui 1010 team such as mabui, gnw tenten, plus a 3rd such as ao/chojuro/darui/mei/iruka ect or a root lightning team such as lightning main with ninjas like mifune/iruka, darui/danzo/sasuke, guy/kimimaro can easily go through all trials with zero losses.

For ninja exams, ningendo, gnw kankuro, hinata are key ninjas allows you to beat many exams at significantly lower power than otherwise possible. Regular zabuza also has limited uses for some exams and can help significantly with a lot of difficult blue circles in plot instances.
