I'm surprised you didn't know, unlike regular "new players" you have been around for a while and active in forum, this have been brought up at least half a dozen times.

And I maintain the starting point need be higher.

Starting point for new server should be significantly higher, At least 50k to give most players the chance to hit it more than once.
