Level cap is increased, elite instance and plot for 70 etc is in. Lucky bag is back, daily recharge event. Don't know if there's anything else yet but yay finally lvl 71 :D Oro, Jiraiya and Yamato from elite clearance. 80 Tobi frags when you clear new plot instances but that will take a while i'm guessing :P

Lucky bag can give refine scrolls, seal scrolls, magatama etc. People wanted it back since it was here, so there's something ;)
