Hello all! Kfactor5953 here again!

Recently, our Group reached level 5 and the interior decorator we hired finally got around to improving our group. While level 5 is an accomplishment, I realize that there are other groups on other servers that are farther along in leveling their groups up. My question is: does the Group Design change again?
