Hello, I recently lost my ninja in naruto online.

Server: 204 shadow clone U.S. (username: Jupiter from s204)
Character I lost: Naruto Sage mode
Day I lost my character: march 5th at 2:30 EST time

Situation: I pulled 10 on sage treasure using my IPhone. (Using puffin browser to play naruto online) and my phone froze when it showed the sage naruto pull. I restated the game and went to go level my ninja but it said I didn't have it. I kept refreshing the page but nothing happened. I'm disappointed in this bug. Please refund ASAP!
