My bigest question all these days and mostly biggest concern is how people spend money in general !

You start playing the game and you decide that in order to enjoy things abit faster you are gonna spend some $.

You spend $ on things that you consider entertaining in the game , that being consumables to upgrade BP or ninjas.

Some people including myself like gambling and play with odds and test their luck so the play into these wheels.. If i have to compare them with real gambling and slots in casino i see absolutely no difference , except that every try you do in these wheels gives you a prize ..

So why everyone is so angry and pumped up about how a wheel , or events are rigged when casinos all over the world use the same tacticts in all their slot machines , with the difference that if you lose in slots you get a big ZERO. At least in these wheels you always get something of a bigger or smaller value.

Well According to scources.. lets say Some guy gets the jackpot ninja.. and you see this happen, you'll think oh its obtainable.. let me try and see if i can get that character.. But what you don't know is that jackpot ninja cannot be obtain twice a day.. it can only be obtained once a day.. so everybody keeps recharging spending more trying to get that ninja when they don't know that theres a 0% chance of getting said jackpot ninja. thats where i have problems with Wheeled RNG events. the 0% chance is where i have problems gambling.

If you look at the winner list and the amount they won, there were a winner at:
73k, 73k, 75k and 85k
As only the last 4 lines are shown, I won't know if there are any prior winners.
Also I'm fairly sure that people are removed from the list randomly, because I'm fairly sure that I saw a 10% winner in the midst of 5% winners in the list for LA server on Tuesday at one time, then when I looked again, no such entry exist (whereas the top of the list, being the oldest entries, are still showing the 250s stuff from before Monday) but I can't be sure.

But in any case, the rate of winning is definitely dramatically reduced, but it wasn't 0.

I'm talking about Tobirama on the slot machine wheel, Im actually one of the lucky ones who got it.. but i know people trying to get him on the lucky 7 wheel.. In that particular wheel, if someone got him that day.. there is no chance anybody else is able to get him until the next day.
