Realistically though its pretty much impossible. The game caters to a wide range of players. I know players as young as 14 up til above 30 and not all of them speak English as their primary language. To be fair, you can't expect the maturity and civility of someone like yourself who has 2 kids from say a 14 year old. And language barriers can really trigger people sometimes from misunderstandings over petty things. This is the case with moderators as well.

Remember, there are HK servers as well where a huge variety of cultures play together. In my server for example there are Indonesians, Malaysians, Singaporeans, Taiwanese, Thais, Australians, Vietnamese, Phillipinos etc. Misunderstandings which result in silly name calling happen all the time. Because language proficiency limits many to just saying that.

Its great what you're saying. And I do agree. But i think expectations need to be adjusted as well.
