yeah same happend to me, i only did 1 full week and got only stars. i made a ticked and they closed it with saying "Your opinion, which we greatly appreciate, has been forwarded directly to our developers." XD

And I just got another boilerplate response that I'm sure they're told to say from the top down.

When "EN Operations Lead" has said specific things to make it known that 50 frags for 2 weeks of full pulls to be bull* reward, also not to mention I'm not asking to be given free rewards. based on what is now know for a FACT from EN Operations Lead, the lucky starts wheel was either bugged, or the employees responsible did not set up the drop rate properly according to their own internal testing.
