its funny because when ingots are spent u can check who took part in the event, but when we ask u for compensation for ti you do nothing?? bell ends...

I have gotten compensation, a friend of mine has also got compensation, give it a bit of time, repeatedly asking for something like this only slows it down, I know it's been nearly a week, but it takes time to input/double check the data to ensure everyone that should get something as compensation should be getting it.

I know people's faith in oasis/the mods etc is shaky at best at the moment, but give it a bit more time, posting about it endlessly may even make them shy away from helping you, I am sure you'll get compensation sooner or later.

EDIT: I am talking about the Ti/sa bug... not the wheel consumption.

regarding the packs thing, i would suggest that as a rule for the future, when you increase level cap also add the coresponding gift pack in the benefit hall. same goes for power, we should have rewards for around power level 30k at least by now.

the community events also need some update

we are already at level 90, we already finished chapter 9 on the plot instances, we ended lvl 80 elite instances, ninja exam is capped at 120 and groups are at least 10.

please do take these into consideration when updating the game during the next updates and try to put them into the schedule

Not that I know of Vitez, what I did get was blocked from recharging on S49 after I sent them a report on the matter where I got the reply above. I have never seen such incompetent service anywhere but hey I guess they may be thinking that I'll charge back so they want to stop me from spending anymore, they really don't have a clue. I was pointed to this thread from support that has nothing to do with my specific problems with the lucky star wheel evehnts that happened a while ago, and due to information available now. I feel very slighted by Oasis.

I did 2 full weeks of spins, and only ac*ulated 50 naruto chakra frags total. According to information available. that should have netted (on average) 300 (150 for each week) I UNDERSTAND "RNG" but at this point it is not an excuse for certain things that were claimed by devs to be on point and should be 150 for most everyone.

Support is uesless, especially sending me to this thread that has nothing do with my complaint

None of us receive their compensate yet, and i used 40$ too during the event bug, theres too many users that use it :/ u think they are taking time on gathering the names and what not

hope i get my compensate by next week's update though

Its probably gonna take a little time for them to go through and sort exactly who needs it across all of the servers. Once they compile the entire list they will probably send it all at one time.

At least you got 50 frags lol, I did the same and only got stars (2.8 average) and summon scrolls, not even shurado frags or 1 seal scroll. I contacted customer service, basically their reply was "tough *, better lucky next time". I asked to speak with someone that could actually answer my inquiry properly, got a reply back "we're looking into your case, please be patient" that was over 10 days ago...this wasn't the first time I got such reply too and always I never hear back from them after that.

They closed my original report in help as "Solved" which is bull*, so I opened another one.

I'm not going to quit, until they bite the bullet and dish out rewards that were supposed to have been properly distributed. I wouldn't even be upset with getting half of what their "tests" have shown users should have gotten for only 1 week (150 frags that are supposed to be have gotten for 1 full week, and I did 2 weeks worth)

My account "VIP" level is 6, and this boilerplate bull* is not okay. The lead developer needs to get with Daiske(sp?) and make reparations to their users (us). Giving us the number of reward hits that was reported/proven by Aristeaus that were supposed to have been pulled after certain amount of spins, would literally cost them nothing. Remember, it took them 2 weeks to sort out the TI/SA bug comp, and that's when everyone receive the SAME comp (which they shouldn't, but that's neither here nor there). Seeing as everyone would be receiving different amount here, the workload might be quite a bit higher. (Also, they have to actually dig their database instead of relying on screenshots. They should have digged database for the TI one too, but that's also not relevant)

Now, they probably could issue the comp to people as they go, but that might be unfair as the earliest batch might be 2 weeks from the latest, and you saw what happens when some people receive comp and others don't, people will repeatedly complain and contact them in fear of being forgotten. So they probably want to avoid that and wish to compile a full list of player to compensate before giving out anything.
They probably need to form a plan of action on how to actually send them out as well, as it's probably the first time they had to send different stuff to a large number of different people. Again, I believe they would want to minimize the time difference between when the first one is sent out compared to the last.

So in the end, this might be the slowest comp to roll out ever, because it is the most complex one they have ever had to work on.
