Sage treasure 60-210 pulls (10 pulls) only reliable but expensive way to obtain Sage Naruto - other ninjas are worthless you are only paying towards Naruto.

Tendo treasure 400 pulls (10 pulls) will give you either Tendo Pain (garbage) or Hashirama Senju (very hard to use) another 400 pulls will give you both ninjas. The Pains are decent ninjas when used together with their buffs, they combo well.

Kage treasure 950 pulls guarantees you Raikage or Susan'oo Sasuke. Many "rare" ninja in here are meta and useful. You can 100% expect a rare ninja every 60-70 seal pulls except frees.

That being said, if you are f2p you REALLY need to figure out what you wanna play because investing your coupons wrong can lead to failure.
