Yes there is.
There is a "you should draw."
There is no "you must/have-to draw."

As you said, let people do as they want.
We are only giving them tips that will help them the most in the long run.

Kage > Seal any day.

This is what players have issue in understanding,

there is no treasure that is USELESS, that being said

depending on how your server players are, the average level , the current progress and the meta's / Ninja's required the commonly used at THAT moment of time, the TREASURE is never useless given when you pull it and get a NINJA that can get you ahead in few sage war / gnw / plunder which now gives ALOT of impact until you are able to unlocked a better POOL LATER which is Kage.
