• Not really free. Some characters like beheading kakashi take forever to put together. And the frags are low enough to where it would take a few months to piece together a ninja. I mean they would have to adjust when some ninjas show up. Tendo for example gives one frag....we cant have him popping up in chase every week. some tweaks would be needed if they ever did implement this.
