I think you should have asked this before you got him.

Most people go for a elemental compatibility, but skill compatibility or combos work too. I havent seen him in play other than level 60, but Iwould start of using him with chakra leeches such as shino.

He does have a point, you should probably conceptualize uses before spending a months worth of points on your next ninja. That being said, I am not a fire main but I have been able to help quite a few of my group mates after a large amount of duels with them and helping them build teams. I can't speak for entire team compositions because I don't have all that experience working around a Blaze as my core unit but I think I can provide some insight though...

I think there are a definite few talents and summons, as I believe it safe to assume at this point you're at least level 50, you are going to want to have on your team:
As far as your mystery skill and standard those are still up to preference and largely depend on the other members of your team. As far as chase and passives though there are some that would definitely give Kisame room to work right off the bat. The essentials that you'll have to look at are combos involving knockdown, low float, and repulse. (Primary features of Kisame's kit.)
Chase Skills
Fire Ball Jutsu: This skill, in my opinion, is an amazing chase to have on many teams that utilize low float at any point. It allows for upwards compatability, since a lot of low float combos end up in high float but it also has reverse compatability of setting up some of the low float-to-repulses out there. The most valuable summons to look at here are those that cause high float White Snake, Shark and Ninja Cat* being sound options.
*Be careful if Ninja Cat is used because character positioning will matter then. Kisame will have to go after main character to get Shark bombs off. It will also require a repulse out of low float that neither of these two provide with this talent/summon being taken, leaving it up to a teammate like Sasuke 3* to fill.*
Celestial Prison: This is definitely the easiest addition to your Blaze's talent pool that will immediately synergize with Kisame. This talent will punish low floated targets and allow Kisame to easily get off Shark Bombs. It will also synergize on a much deeper level because of the fact that they now have to be wary of ninjutsu use due to the damage they will take. With Kisame controlling their chakra they are already in a spot where they will have to use skills quickly or risk losing that chakra and not being able to cast them at all. Now if they use them too hastily they be punished for using ninjutsu with a sealed target, which could really fluster an opponent. Summons that cause that low float will be important here: Katsuyu and Illusion Crow.
Tier One Passives
This is entirely up to choice really as all three have ways to be used.
Genjutsu Mirrors: Personally I find Genjutsu Mirrors to be a phenomenal ability that not many damage oriented characters have access to. It can protect vital units while disrupting and frustrating foes. This is the one I would fall back to a large amount of the time if another doesn't seem to be working as well as planned.
Fire Enhancement: Increased stats to fire types is a good tool in a heavy fire team but when using Kisame will probably leave him rather lacking compared to his comrades. The exception would be if you want him to fill a tank role but, even in this case, him being able to be a frontline fighter and do damage are both still possible and the talent feels wasted.
Red Lotus Secret: Damage to ekkei bound units is nice but harder to pull off than the other two. Kisame doesn't really offer much in assisting the choice of this talent and, as such, it probably should be avoided.

Tier Two Passives
Oboro Clone: If you want/need to have a bit more presence on the field with a clone then this choice is phenomenal. The clone is tanky and can do damage but, the best part, is that it attacks using the Celestial Prison ability. This means that it adds a nasty debuff AND Kisame can combo off of it with Shark Bombs. This just adds another layer of depth as now they have to choose whether to target your main or the clone since either/or can cause a pretty nasty combo.
Death Mirage: Personally, I would probably choose this talent. In sacrificing a little upfront damage you offer your team a ton of utility and a tool that gives Kisame even more pressure on the field. The debuffs alone make the skill a threat and a nuisance to handle but the chakra regeneration means that Kisame will be healing A LOT every turn. Between his own chakra leech actions, the gains this talent gives and his Shark Bomb restoring life every time it goes off...You're looking at a pretty vicious set up for Kisame, with just two units.

Conclusion
Altogether this is just some of what I think will help you out. Like I said I'm not a Blaze main and I don't know the little intricacies, like which skills have priority for them and whatnot, but I do believe that these are some basics that can really help you out in using Kisame in your team. I really like his kit and am nearing completion of his pieces too so I understand you wanting to have him in your team haha. Plus hes just a generally cool character in concept. Hope at least some of this helps!

For me, if we are talking about just Kisame alone, he is a good combo of immobilizing the enemy while killing them softly. ;P He can absorb all chakra of your opponent while slowly killing them with your standard attacks at round 3-5 because of the taijutsu damage boost at 40+ chakra. So I think, if you include him with your Fire main, it would still be a decent combo because of the immobilizing skills your main has. But for me, Kisame works good with Water, Earth and Wind main.

Kisame makes you immune to interrupts.

Enemy has Gai or Iruka... you have a jutsu you want to cast... Kisame attacks and drains enemy chakra... now you can cast safely.
