Hi there,

I read the thread on which you can state the conditions on your server for a potential server merge, but doing it like this won't help at all cause the reasons why people are quitting aren't addressed. First of all when merging you need some sort of monitoring of your servers. Best is to actually employ people for that role, like GameMasters. Second is it doesn't make sense merging the servers if people will quit again in some weeks or months, thus making the server dead again and forcing to merge again at an even faster pace. You should try to build a roadmap in which direction the game should be going if you try to actually give the game longevity. For that you need a stable player base. You already should have something like this. The role model should be the chinese version in my opinion cause it is the most advanced.
The main reason for people to quit is the huge power gap between p2w players and f2p players and the limited choices regarding to actually get stronger and more powerful ninjas. They can't compete but are basically forced to do so in sage world battlefield for example. That leads to frustration only and they won't even join the event in the long run anymore. 90% of the players I attack are just standing there cause they know they can't do anything at all. Forcing people in there by for example giving better rewards will help only to a certain degree, cause it is no fun. So more balance in that regard is clearly needed, so more people actually bother to compete. There are just not enough p2w guys around to keep one motivated long enough to play this game.
So there are only 2 choices in the long run in my opinion. First one would be changing the game regarding the rewards to actually keep people motivated progressive wise. For example it would be a good idea to give all players a significant reward(seal scrolls etc.) for just entering the Great Ninja War and not only some, which are most of the time the most powerful already anyway. That leads to less and less players entering in the first place. 1000 guild points just aren't enough.
The second other choice would really be stomping all regional limited servers and make global only servers so there is a steady influx of new players, so that p2w players stay entertained by just having enough of em.

There are alot of other issues with the game which aren't really addressed at the moment but listing them all here would take too much space.
Regards, Ray
