Honeslty , there are teams out there that don't rely on initiative.. Stack shields and believe me you can probably find a way to counter the teams you are talking about !

It falls on you. You have to come up with a team that doesn't rely on initiative but has a solid game plan. I've beaten people with higher initiative than me. its all in how you play
