[ Bugs ] Needing answers not closed threads.

I'm becoming irate after trying to talk with mods about the sa/ti bug compensation. I was affected by the bug and had plenty to say about it happening in the first place. Just now, after some long silence, we got an answer that we need to submit a full on screenshot (I had on but deleted it after I got news that they knew players hadn't gotten a proper compensation and took it to mean "We know who was affected" Silly me XD). I was under the impression they were ON TOP of customer relations but then again I'm 6 months in with OASIS and haven't really been active in forums. Anyone else tired of lack of communication? I was under the impression GL, and MODS were supposed to be the link between the company and players.

I didnt submit a screenshot either but after the first wave of players had their TI/SA bug fixed, they made a new thread for those still impacted by the bug and did not request any screenshots:

But I agree it would be nice if they had used some data *ysis to identify those who where affected. Not 100% of the game's community checks the forums super often so probably only half of the affected players actually posted initially. :(

yea same i saw that thread. didnt get my coupons. and i was affected same for a few of my groupmate.

+ i dont even understand why they choose to reward only forum post for bugs in game. they should of sent the coupons to everyone regardless of who was affected or not as it was a bug.

bad practice from them as usual

That is true from one point of view. But the 1500 coupons was meant for the players who actually took the steps to prove they had the bug by supplying all the information. If they just gave out 1500 coupons it still wouldn't be fair for the people who actually lost out on the ninja tool for that entire week.

25 ninja tools actually has more value than 1500 coupons too, btw. So, in my opinion they made the right call by giving it to those who took time to prove it.

I put a ticket on Tuesday, because monday I gave them the benefit of assuming that maybe it would get fixed within 24 hours lol. What they did is to redirect me to the forums which support had never done before to me, they usually took my screenshot and data on the support page. I don't know if for the polls or whatever they were trying to get more people to the forums but, I went ahead and posted there. Now there's a whole lot of people who posted there and in the first thread you were asked to supply a screenshoot. Some people got their TI fixed and some other of us didn't, so after much threads questions and impatiently nagging from those still affected there was a second thread, they didn't ask for a screenshoot, assuming most of us just simply came from the first thread so there was proof already, I guess.

I don't know how you can prove you were affected, because I don't think they got a way to tell if you were affected. Hold up so in your opinion if you were affected by the bug but didn't realize that taking a full screenshot was going to be the ONLY way you could receive any kind of compensation IN THE FUTURE then your SOL? Yeah, that's a MARVELOUS attitude to take with the people that supply your income. This was the first bug I have had to deal with so I didn't know that I would have to provide do*entation on a bug to prove I was affected by it. I said something during the week the bug happened, BEFORE any kind of compensation thread had been started by OASIS. Doesn't that in itself PROVE I was hit by their glitch? The whole "no compensation and you are out a week of ti/sa" is kind of like them urinating in a wound THEY caused, but that's ok with you?
