Kuriegh s98 player went to my server and kept harrasing me because of what I said about Sarah21 and I was spreading rumors.

I apologize to Sarah21 for having such bad members on her group that tell lies about her.
Kuriegh confirmed that he is her friend, although he doesn't know her irl but they are friends since the start of the server and it seems like he know a lot about her.

I just want to say that I don't want to cause this girl any more problems and please leave her alone.
She is a real person and if you think that she is a mod, then you should think I am a mod too and please come to my server and talk sh1t to me instead of her.

If the assumptions which are made are true i dont think there is any way to not land in front of a judge if you are resonsible in any way. Just too much people got fooled if this all happened really like this. From what aristeus said to the wheel today its just against laws. The only thing which can lower the punishment from the country at this point is to take responsibility about the actions and be honest about it if it really has been done like this. I dont think the police is not capable of finding out the truth and im very sure that they are already involved when so much people feel betrayed about there money. I personally didnt do anything but i dont think that at this stage, where so many people feel betrayed and its so much money involved nobody has done anything.

Everyone saying its a lawsuit do understand that, all these lawsuits are in going to be in Chinese court and not in the country you are in?

If there were players/staff who were only there to make us spend more money I am %10,000 sure that Ari would have brought that up.

I'm frustrated too guys, and this event is definitely strange considering that its way up in value right now... But the main things I want to see get fixed are for F2P. I'll just start posting this on all the threads, if they take strides to make F2P stronger, and better then it will help this community recover from all this drama and fatigue. We need to tailor events to F2P, and give them more opportunities to balance the power scale. (Btw, before anyone asks or assumes I'm a P2W)

well thats a nice thought but if you want F2P to have more options you need to give the less useful ninjas away in shop like aris said in his video. If they start adding the ninjas like konan and a few of the less useful ninjas away in the shop that would help them alot. I just think its funny after 12 or so hours from the consumption wheel "bug" showed up they have still not made a comment or even tried to calm people down instead they are hiding from us waiting for everyone to just give up

In which country you are when doing a crime is important. So in this case for everyone who is involved would count the law of the country he was when doing it . If somebody goes to the police the police will contact the company at first, and overlook everything. When they have gotten an overlook and they are in a different country than the suspiscious people they will contact the police of the country where the suspiscios people are in. There are way too many loopholes for all of this. They need fixed. There are devs working their *s off for their players and then there's the low * of devs who just screw their players over. We need to weed out the * and close the loopholes.

I dont think if i understand it right cause english is not my native language but i dont think any agreement matters when laws are hurted, or that somebody can just agree to the laws of another country. Otherwise i could just agree to the law of the cayman islands and pay lower taxes. But within the game if its not against the laws the owner of the game can do anyways what he wants. Between I just discuss probabilities and my opinion here. I have my own life where i have to do actions and not the time or ressources for a war with a big company. Im not interested in taking any actions into such directions. Im just interested in understanding the whole situation and how everything works. That's highly relative. Your example of the cayman islands is actually a good one, some people save money in banks there so they can skip around the taxation laws in their own countries. Tecnically, you aren't breaking the law doing that and unless your country have some law banning offshore accounts anyone can do it.
