yeah i just saw that. I used to get 200coupons (5% every 1000 ingots) i spent 5k ingots. no coupons. I legit am done with this game. after everything with aris and now this? you literally just robbed us of our ingots. seriously. this isnt rng, its everyone i know. so..please i hope your company at this point does get sued. This is the last straw

I didnt recharge more. I had 25,000 ingots still in the game. from the recharge events in the past. I knew the company was shady. but all of a sudden the wheel magically goes from a consistent 5% landing (or 10%) every 1k ingots(or more like 10%-20% every 2k ingots on avg really)
to obviously 0 prize pool coupons. only seal/50

Theres no way they will reimburse us to. so i think this might be the chance for everyone to refund

The thing is people who dont frequent this forums or discord are going to continue using that wheel all day and then oasis will say "it was giving out coupons to much its not .000001% for everyone" and think they can get away with this.

Theres a difference between the game is rigged. which it definitly is. And on the fourth(?) day it just randomly with no word from the company starts taking everyones ingots because of "rng" its pretty obvious that this isn't just random. because the pool gives out 5-10% it means the prize pool will always stay at 5k ish everyday after the first day. instead they "fixed" it by basically cucking us.

This is honestly the most blatant cheating bs ive ever seen from them. Ive seen alot..but this is like if they just out of the blue changed Sasuke/Ay to 1500 scrolls without telling anyone. Except its an event so they think itll just slide. Refund literally everyones ingots from todays Reset onwards or have fun having a huge flood of refund requests.

I just find it funny they did this right after the whole Aris/youtube etc stuff. Whether you agree with all that or not, this wheel problem which clearly was done by the company since it wouldn't glitch out for no reason like this, is completely *

Its irellevant what we think should happen, 5% every 2k ingots spent or 10k, doesnt matter.

We all assumed seeing the payouts after 3 days the current rate of coupons being given out was suddenly changed and noone knew. tons of people are spinning because they think "wow if its 25k now 5% is huge" not realizing that you wont win it. since yesterday you would win 5% at least once if your spent 2k.

Obviously 5% now is like BOOOOOM but..this would be like last weeks wheel giving hokage 3rd, 80frags. then all of a sudden ..nope! 1 frag. Obviously we knew that it was 1frag though so thus we didn't care.

Yours is probably ok. Check the ranking that shows "person got 245 coupons" etc. If new people are showing up then LA is fine.

I tried to give them some benefit of the doubt since most businesses are ..deceitful to say the least, but this is out of hand.

To Kifos: If the event across all 4 server brackets started that way then sure. I would be totally ok with it.
Instead it was changed with no warning, no ingame mail. no forum message on news/cust service.
Then its actually only UK/HK servers not LA, so is it a bug? is it not?

Tukiisans' example is honestly perfect. If the restaurant advertised originally its 500 for a desert then no one would be upset. Thats the point.

Not only that but many people don't know whats happening and are literally being jacked out of their ingots they paid for currently.

I can guarantee oasis is just telling all their staff to ignore all this weeks bs and we as players will forget it. Make a fun event next week and noone will remember.

I mean at this point, this is legit *. They can pretend its some rng but its not. And considering their internal chats are saved. Taking this to a bank, who will then get a lawyer..thats just that. ((This doesn't involve you, the player fyi)) This consumption wheel literally just stole ..i mean probably 200ish peoples ingots. No idea if anythings fixed, seems like only for some servers because they're trying to fix it without telling anyone whats happening. Or pausing the wheel which is what they should have

And Although not everyone uses the forums, I can assure you there are some really nice players making accounts on different servers going around and telling everyone what you did and a forum link to read about it as of today.
