  • Asking for a refund from the bank is a bit silly and also shady. If you spend money on the game, then you chose to do so, regardless of whether it was rigged or not bonuses were still received. There's never any guarantee that you'll receive a particular item in events that are based off of RNG.
but if what was said is true, then there is a guarantee that you'll never get a particular item/ninja if someone else already got it that day. 0%.
