I dont know how much they get or what they have to do. But i can only assume that they would get more ingots worth if they spent that same amount of time working extra. Cause it most likely requier these ppl to be online in the game alot to be able to do their jobs. And as we all know there is only so much to do inbetween the events.

As for the whole RNG part im to new to the game to know much about how it works in this game as of yet.
