Ok people lets be real and adults here. Oasis is running this game like a casino runs yet millions of people still play in them knowing the odds are stacked in the houses favor this is just common knowledge and is accepted how is this any different? I completly undrstand that logicly the odds were stacked against us from the start but as a gamer on a emotional level the pure black and white proof that we don't matter at all pisses me off to no end. Oasis staff if you some how manage to read this I will continue to support this game because I truely do belive this game is worth supporting and want to see it grow into what I play on other servers. Fellow players I 100% understand why your outraged and despritly trying to understand and deal with being slapped in the face by the company that you drop so much money into but lets be realistic with the demands and cut the mods some slack here. They are the middle man in this fight and caught in the crossfire of gamers and devs so callign for a full staff reboot will only possibly accomplish one of two things.
1. They get new staff that could be better at listening to us and give us what we ask for.
2. We get a worse staff that tells us to piss off.
Now the demanding one ninja or another super rare is just moronic cause thats not going to happen period. The best they can do is give us ingame things like scrolls or possibly a free month of a medal or something realistic. Right now they have been blind sided and are in panic mode so do not expect this to be a quick fix or process. This is going to take a little time and we as players have a choice to make and both are 100% right cause each person is right in choosing if its in their best intrest to stay or go. I'am choosing to stay and ride this out for what I know the future of this game holds but I c*so see and fully understand why people are and will quit and I wish them the best of luck. So I ask that everyone put the hunt on hold till we get a response from Oasis don't abandon your groups and the friends you have made in the game on a knee * reaction and split second choice that you may not get to come back from cause your ban. I'am going to adress this now before some one comments on this. I am in no way shape or form defending the company or have any ties to them. I'am a gamer and have been one for almost 30 years and have seen bigger compaines do worse EA and a whole other list of big triple A companies tell the players to piss off and we still keep buying games from them just look at the Call Of Duty series.

There are people playing this game that has more money, than the entire total profit of this game.they can easily sue them and win.If they tell us to piss off, they will end up without a job, without money, and maybe even without a home. You cant piss of crazy rich people, they just sue you to death.

Honestly what I would love is to have a bit more transparency. I think the new post in the news about future plans and things in the pipeline is great. Even if these may be a long ways off, giving us a glimpse at what is being worked on and what we may expect in the future is great. That combined with directly engaging a bit more with us than these polls would go a long way towards fostering a better community I feel.

I like all the mods on the forums from what I've seen being on the forum. (although some of them don't really appear around as much due to their general role in this forum) They're pretty professional if anything. However, like Kaigen said (and quite a few others), transparency would honestly do good for this game. Sure, delete stuff that isn't real, but share what you are planning. Show us what work is going on. Tell us when you can't do certain things that was planned due to issues you've faced. Get the community involved in the issues. Its pretty much free labour, honestly. You'll get disappointment if certain events can't be done as promised. But the transparency would keep people happy. There is no reason to give any ETA on any planned future events. You can release it when ready. But at the very least, players know you are working on these events instead of making up pure speculations on the forums on when these events would come out. (which as previously said would be deleted anyway) The news post was a very good start to addressing what was planned. But it took the sacrifice of 1 employee who basically Snowden'ed his job to get this 1 post up. Now that players know that these events are coming, so what? Do Oasis lose revenue for releasing these events that are under work but with no ETA? I don't take business to understand how it fully works, but I have not seen a game company that hasn't grown with even partial transparency and revealing whatever they can to the players. I really do love playing this game and I will continue to. I'am offering you Oasis to do PR for you on the forums and in game. I really do want this game to keep going and not die off over what every other game company has done. For the last few weeks I've been watching the players drop from my servers and I really don't want to have another ghost server situation again.

I'am actually really happy that I'am not getting flamed for this post like I was expecting to be which I'am sure that's still coming. Oasis coming out and telling us there plans will really help them out right now and giving a eta would help more so people have time to plan for events and such like f2p players. They have a really rare chance here to make a comeback and regain the faith of the community again by working with it. I've been on a number of youtube podcasts and criticized Oasis for how they have handled events and such in the past but I think what happened with this * storm was really a blind side for both the community and the devs alike. We as gamers and them as devs really need to see the forest instead of just the trees here. This has given the devs a prime opportunity to improve relations with the community. We want the content right now cause of how quickly we burn thru it so the game doesn't get stale. If they want to do something to make people happy give more events that make us feel it's worth our money. That recharge wheel with all the cupons on it was by far the hands down best wheel they have had. I spend on average $200 to $400 a month on this game which is insane but i really do love playing it.

All the * is out on the table now. They've taken a rather generic first response to attempt to tame the community. If done right, after this storm is over, this game would grow to be even better. Its not like they have no reason to not fix these issues. This game does generate the most revenue for them now. So it's up to the devs (and the involvement of the mods and community - if they ignore all those flaming ;P) to see how they handle the future events and how they address the players at a personal level. If nothing is done and they continue to function as if this is an irregularity (which hopefully with all that has gone down, they don't) the game community would shrink.

I remember when I first started playing around September of last year ruffly the game was buggy and support was iffy at best but we had such a huge community that has already shrank a ton and not much else has changed. They really need to be more active with the community to keep people hyped for future updates cause playing in Taiwan and Germany like I've been and starting from zero on there and seeing what they have events and ninja wise really has reignited my interest in the game. This is where Oasis has fell short with they community not showing people anything to look forward to and the game and the community has suffered for that. People are not going to willingly go and play the other versions of this to see what is coming up and most definitely not bother if they are not told in advance so they can look into it. There is a simple fix to 90% of the communities out rage right now and that's just come out and show us what we have to look forward to and in a show of good faith on next months update release something like the edo treasure that we have been hearing about coming.(If its done being translated)

The problem with what the OP said is that at least casinos let everyone know the odds for their machines and games. If you ask someone behind a roulette table, they will tell you the odds and what is your best odd, etc. The only game with the best odds (black jack) and maybe poker, can easily be found online whereas you're not suppose to ask for help when playing card games.

The fact the mods/devs in this company kept expressing there is no "real" set amount of seals for a certain ninja or "real" odds for wheel events, etc. was a huge LIE. Then they would even say they're not allowed to give out the odds or % drop rate for things because it would reveal too much info about their source code.... C'mon guys, we're not *ed. We all knew pain ninjas were 400+, we all knew kage ninjas were 900+, but yet they claimed people could get it before then.

It almost like throwing dog * in someones face and telling them it smells good.

if the odds would be stacked in a casino like here with oasgames, you would not run that casino too long. Or you just have no idea how casinos run.
And i am just wondering, with around how much are you supporting oasgames, because I can imagine some f2p laughing in the back, since scam wheel have no relation to them whatsoever, but we who spent thousands of ingots to get cheated have reason to feel bad.
when i start a new game, my first thought is never "oh fck the odds musst be manipulated here as well to rip me off", yours is this? This post was last edited by ger***@gmail.com at 2017-3-27 00:06

*WARNING BEFORE I GET BANNED OR SOMETHING * FOR "SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION" I urge you that I do not word this as stating facts. I am simply making conjectures based on information someone else already put out there* :lol

I believe you have missed the entire point. The majority of the "riots" only BEGIN at the rigged "RNG" aspects. The people are going crazy because they watched this man provide even a glimmer of evidence suggesting that this company will do or say anything to cover up their game's flaws. It's possible they expected to keep him quiet that the game wasn't functioning correctly by giving him the Naruto kyubii frags.

Then it goes even further and he says that the clowns that run the forums (sorry but after the way this situation has been handled clown is more than an appropriate description) don't even seem to have any power behind the suggestions they take from us and send to the company. Sure, they get a few things out just for the company to say that they do take advice, but the majority of the community is told they're being heard when the reality is that the only ears that appear to be hearing it aren't even relevant to the process of change. They're nothing but a formality to make us feel better.

So is there really no reason to feel uneasy about this game?

A good player had to get banned for "spreading lies" for them to consider that little outreach and their message really looked like a 30 second glance over what he said the community wants and one of them saying "oh look we can actually do this, this, and this.. what do ya know?"

They haven't even come close to mending this bridge for a lot of people, but I suppose progress is progress even when someone forces your hand. I guess we can hope this sparks more behavior like this and less secrets.

Really they are telling the truth. Say you want sage naruto there is no set number of scrolls that you will pull him. They have a ruff estimate on how much you could spend to have a chance at getting him. I got my sage in the first 20 pulls I did where as I know someone who has done over 300 and still not got him. So really your chances of pulling him just increase by increments of spending. The rates have to adjust on the fly based on who you have already pulled. say you have 4 options to win from. you spend $10 and get option one then you spend another $10 and because you got option one the percentage of pulling one of the other 3 has just increased but unless option 1 is eliminated all together you could still pull option 1 again. So they really can not state a exact number.

that part is a lie.
i got chikoshodo on the 60th pain treasure pull, i got Ao on the 60th sage pull, traitor orochimaru on the 120th, i did 240 pulls on the kage treasure and i have exactly 4 rares.

and yes i'm counting both free pulls and scroll pulls

yes its not sure what ninja it will be, but on those numbers you will get a ninja from the selected rare pool, and that is a rigged system with a fixed value for success, its not even RNG.

but yes some of the eat towards mods is misguided because its not their fault, the problem is that they * by the company executives instead of being upfront with the players. and the response we got isnt helping at all.
you want good PR, fire and take all the privilages of Ari, but dont ban him, apoligize to the players and tell them what you intend to give them for next week update, at least pretend to want to fix it by owning up to it and not sweeping it under the rug.

Also dont forget we can still play the game but refuse to recharge which will have to make them do something, they cant keep the servers up if we don't pay.

Odds cant be stacked if they aren't present. Ive spent roughly 20k each time on that wheel to not even pull shurado? like seriously. As suboxone stated before me, casinos have fairly decent odds of wining in whatever you play. Slots have a number counter and when you reach the cap it gives a payout. They have to have that in place if they want their business to stay afloat. People are arguing, "ohh without a rigged system, oasis wouldn't make money"...that's not the case. Oasis would actually make more money if they had REALISTIC odds of winning rather than 0. Oasis just needs to be transparent with their player base. I wish there were rules here like in china about how rates have to be revealed due to regulation. That along with better events for f2p would bring this game along nicely.

I cant remember where exactly but someone posted that the china rules still apply internationally due to them being based out of china. How true that is I couldn't even begin to say but I keep seeing how people are turning this into a item grab and that is sad. People making absurd demands for compensation I understand people are pissed. Instead of trying to get something from the company to shut up till the next issue comes up why not try and help avoid the next situation before it even comes up? Maybe I'am just from a different mindset of gaming but we as players have to accept some amount of blame for this * too.We are the ones that kept feeding the system in hopes we might get one thing or another when countless other people have been saying for months this that and the other thing was rigged. We chose to ignore them and keep feeding the machine. They are a company and they have to make a profit from what is considered a free to play game. The only real thing that everyone on both side of the its rigged argument can agree on is they need to communicate with the people better and more clearly. Knowing now what everyone thinks they do about the system does it make the game any less fun for you? Did they make the game not worth supporting to make it better? Personally nothing has changed for me cause if you have come solely for the game play element no wonder you want to quit. I came to play a game and enjoy the company of my fellow group mates and in the process of that if it cost me a few extra bucks I don't care cause to me it's equal to what I would have spent setting in a bar having a few drinks with friends. The game being worth it is solely one personas opinion and that will change dramatically from person to person. I just hope this builds a better communication lines between the community and the devs alike.
