i don't know how much i have spent. But my first red was at 10k pp then yellow right after at 13k pp and second red was at 16k pp. I have screenshots of both red.

It's so random, because at first i thought it would like every 10k pp. I have 3 red atm at 26k pp.

I just spent my coins whenever I got nothing to improve on my items and such.
