    Nothing about awarding people ninjas under the table? Nothing about event rewards being locked? Nothing about improving customer service in general? Ok.
This is kinda underwhelming isn't it? I still hope that they are going to issue an apology before a lot of ppl start with refunding.

Probably it's too late and they run around like a headless chicken trying to control this. Oasis it is too late to control, you need to man up and take responsibility or you will lose most of your playerbase. The core of the game is great, you are just destroying it by poor decision making. And by poor I mean like abmysally moronic decision making.

I kinda like parts of this post. The insight is good, we need more information from you, do work together with your playerbase instead of keeping us *, shame it is no new information as you were made to release it because of this 'leak' but I think it can be a step in a right direction. On the other hand the last part about banning people for 'spreading misinformation' sounds like a not very subtle threat and is making you look bad yet again.

    Our version is behind in terms of updates because of the huge gap of the 2 versions releases. The CN version has been up for YEARS while ours is closing in on it's first one. You can't demand all of our current ninjas to be in the shops for free because a future version has better ones.

    And as a matter of fact Killer Bee, a lot of the barrier ninjas and DPB Hidan are all meta in CN and appear often in our events and for our meta a lot of the nins in the events other than the ones I mentioned are also extremely decent for the current state of the game.
Nice thread derailing. Could we please focus on the thing that is important? Which is Oasis making a statement that players are still waiting for, regarding stuff that was leaked? Dont get me wrong it's good to know what we are getting in the next few weeks, but Oasis... maybe adress the elephant in the room and tell us about the rates, about how some rare ninjas are limited to 1 per day and other stuff this guy was talking about. Would love to hear from you on those topics.

Btw I noticed a lot of spamm x50 coupons today from the consumtpion wheel. Is it cause it's monday or you upped the rates a little?

I said that all of you pricks want the strongest ninjas available to you for free because they aren't meta in a version that's 2 years ahead of us and believe me, I have more knowledge about the CN version than any of you monkeys combined.

    At least one thing that the mods in the QQ chat were right about is that you people are completely dumb and impossible to hold a proper conversation with.
I don't think community wants every kage ninja out in the shop for points. Community wants ninjas like weaker pains, Konan, maybe WB Asuma, overall tendo treasure. Who in their right mind pulls tendo anyway? Ffs. This is so long overdue, not to mention trying to shove pains down our throats in almost all possible events there are.

Let's look at shop updates and what we got after half a year. Itachi, Deidara, Animal path, ummm oh yea Sasori! 4 ninjas. I would say that's kinda underwhelming. Not to mention other stuff like fixed rates on drops when it comes to events ( U wanted those kuybi frags? Shame someone got the already but gimme $ yay! ), overall lack of trust from the community, no new PvE content ( sorry I did NE as most of the ppl I play with like 3 months ago ), poll system that is apparently totally unnecesary.

Edit ; and a lot of other issues that the game is having atm. I would say transparency and some updates are quite badly needed. Not to mention that I hope Oasis will adress these issues. Look at this topic. People still wait for your answer Oasis!

So we agree on shops. I would also like for oasis to issue an apology to whole playerbase for shady buisness practices, change the way they are running this game, be more transparent, inform us on things they work on, give us eta on new features, it's not like they can't change the date if they dont make it in time. Devs that would read forums, GL that know if players are happy or not, things like that...

Wishful thinking probably considering we have a new development! Either consumption wheel on UK servers bugged or was rigged or Oasis forgot to announce that from monday onwards 5% and 10% coupon reward is turned off. Probably they did not even KNEW this would happen. Well at least people on 2-10 places will get something better than 900 coupons xD

Well then they are literally digging their own grave right now. I love how with 25 pages of this thread we are still waiting for any response from a dev or anyone from Oasis. Just shows how much they care about what community thinks.

  • TBH some people like me here just wanna get an apologize for what they did, what they said, for all those "fair rates". We want things that we supposed to have after spending on this wheels and etc. We all know now that they lied to us all this time. So I want OG to appologize, admit everything and make some compensation for all people who ever spender anything on their "fair rng "
I honestly don't care about compensation. I just want them to admit to either total ignorance on how THEIR game works or either malicious and shady practices, rigging events, etc. An apology and a promise of change in policy. Transparency, listening to community, giving the playerbase more information about new updates, their schedule, changing the way they treat their customers.


EDIT : I just love how every mod just dissapeared off the forums. I can understand yesterday was sunday but today? No replies, just hiding and doing hell knows what on their little QQ groups...

  • After so much drama i feel i should give my concrete opinion on the whole thing and not just point by point scenario.

    Part 1 - You should share every new feature with us and ask for inputs from the community you dont need to give an ETA, just say what the feature is planned to be and ask what our oppinion would be.

    Part 2:
    1- It made sence to remove it (maybe a bit early) since the item its going to be removed and the mood system will work only with dangos in the future.
    2- * TIME, it was announced in 2.0 features
    3- There goes the we are not like the other versions speach, but dont we already have that? maybe some of those that complain just dont have high enough group to see all the rewards? Not sure cause i dont play the german version but i just checked and it seems the same to me.
    4- It has been more then proven to be a lie, just update the benefit hall and the community events all together, no need for lies.
    5- Bigger effort doesnt mean more actual servers merged. Just stop opening so many new servers, do 1 per region on the 1st day of each month. Create a cap for how many accounts can be in each server (let's say 5k-10k) delete the characters that check the same restrictions as for merged servers (under level 16; never recharged; not online in 2 weeks). Start merging 10 servers in 1 instead of just 3 and do 1 merge every week for each reagion until it is done and then stop it for some time and let the game balance it out.
    6- I gave you the blueprint of what we expect here just follow the * script.

    Part 3- GL's are only used to get info on the big spenders, they do make reports but said reports are ignored by the company and that is the GL's that complain about it, you are only using them to do grunt work and not to actually improve the game.
    If you expect more people to apply to the GL positions maybe listen to them in the first place and keep an up to date list of the servers that still need one.

    Part 4:
    1- It's not false information if there are proof of it and they have been shown.
    2- Long time rule, and makes sence why mention it?

    4- Unless they signed a paper where that rules was already there you cant apply it to old members of the staff, only new ones, and even then its way out of porportion for the situation. Yes fire the person and take theirs perks but banning the game account that is going way to far.

    Part 5: WHERE IS THE REST OF THE CONCERNS?
    Rigged "RNG" luck events like the wheels, why not replace them entirelly and give the ninjas on a spending/recharging event with a fixed price? why not tell the actual odds on those events and let people decide what to do with them.
    Bad talking huge chunks of the gamming population of your game. Respect is earned.
    Giving "free stuff" to staff members, personally i dont even care for that, again if instead of wheels we had spending/recharging events this would not be an issue.
    Lack of transparency, we are adults you can talk to us and you should also listen to us, just be honest.
    Why do you have to descend to this point for stuff to even be talked about?
    Why avoid the game balancing? if there is no real competion the game will die.
    We dont hate the game, we hate what is being done to it, at most the actual game and the franshise is what is keeping us around to this point.
    Remember that in this english version of the game you have people from all types of economic backgrounds and the prices should take that into account.
    Remember that you are a company that makes web games (ON THE INTERNET) expect people to be informed about other versions and don't complain about it, or even outright penalize people for sharing information.
    If after a certain time we stop complaining on the forums, it's not because we changedour minds, we just got tired of doing it and never even being addressed by the staff about our complaints.
    If you do polls, actually take our opinion into consideration, dont just fake it.

    Part 6: Some final regards.
    If you want to give some youtuber or twitch streamer free stuff to promote the game, do it, all in favor to bring more people into the game, just remember to have them say they are being sponsored (EVEN SHADY EA DOES THAT) and choose people that actually know anything about the franshise.
    You want to plant "fake" accounts where people get stuff to incentivize others to spend, sure be my guest, just make sure they dont take part in the inportant PVP events and take away the rewards from those that actually payed for stuff and worked for it.
    There should always be 2 ways of getting stuff, you either pay for it or you put in the work and hours necessary to achive it, and your prices should reflect that.
    You need all the comunity to play the game not just the big spenders, respect all.
    Drop the prices to a point where it is more achiveble to get, that way more people will try to get stuff and you will end up making more money in the end.
    Allow players to have an opinion, dont just go ban hammer when you think something might be seen as a negative comment.

    I could type more but i'm tired now, at least make an effort.

Yup. Ofc they will. Look at how awesome this tactic is working. Right now this topic is like half-dead. Nothing compared to what it was, give 2 more days till thursday and we are good to go without any statement beside this one. Yay! Ofc after thursday they will start banning the most vocal ppl. That's the Chinese way.

Sooo yea, quite a lot of time has passed since this fiasco and so far nothing has changed. And yup the Chinese way prevailed, just be patient and wait out the storm. Forums are quite dead of complaints at this moment so I suppose you can gladly say that players are HAPPY. No further statement was issued, no apologies, no changes in any way or form. This weeks events are a joke when it comes to duration, no new ninjas added to the shop, amber as a monthly sign-in. Are you really trying to finish off your own game OG? If the answer is yes than you are doing a splendid job so far.

    I grow tired of people complaining about monthly sign in ninja. So million dollar question is why and the answer is in three parts and i am willing to listen to any logical reply that addresses all three

    1. Lets start with the really obvious, it is a free ninja. By this I me*l you have to do is take 3mins tops a day for one month and you get her, simple, straightforward and no RNG

    2. Not a lot of people have her, when she came she cost a lot of cupons now she is free, if you already have her its free frags for 4/5*. Would you ever use her? who knows, I personally like to fool around with different nins

    3. This is probably the argument i see thrown around a lot. x version of the game has better sign in ninjas. Really? How sure are you? Have you played on x version for a long period of time? Free nins change every month, there are a limited amount of nins to give for 'free' so obviously some months would have more sought after nins than others. I will let you in on a little secret, the Chinese fb ver log in for this month is KISAME before this it was SASORI (before which it was konan i believe). They cant give GNW whatever every month and repeats would be met with equal if not more hate.

    So please before you throw around complaints try to think on it a bit then let them know your thoughts, for example events now are still bad because while new/with better rewards they last a shorter amount of time making it harder to get ..... because of limit cap for f2p. Rather than events are bad. We need to give them something to go on at least
My complaint about her is that she can be used for collection purpouse only or in a troll team. She is not a viable choice and F2P players are in dire need of any useful ninjas. That's the issue I had with Jiraya and the same goes to Amber.
