Kakashi+ Upgrade Sasuke+Kiba/Tenten for trigged combo.

Hinata (2* is highly recommended): her mystery skill allows her to be the target of standard attacks (which is only effective if she's the 1st in the lineup) and absorbs a lot of dmg, she c*so cause Acupuncture after a repulse (EX: caused by sakura)
Sakura(2* is highly recommended): sakura can heal and clear a debuff once every round and hear mystery skill allows her to heal all the teammates by a lot, she can increase your team's ability to holdup for more rounds which is needed in PvE stages such as Ninja Exam and Survival Trials, tho it's not recommended to go auto while using her, at least not at the 1st and 2nd rounds. (later to be replaced with Kabuto/Karin/Kurenai/Shizune....Kabuto is the easiest)
Kakashi: thought he has a really low defense his mystery and chases are amazing which creates more opportunities to do high combos (Later to be replaced with Sasuke 3*)
main: i don't really know much about lightning main as i've never used him...
