Dayummmm... I want that 1500 coupons! But I don't think all servers will be getting it.

Whose decision is it to give some people coupons, and not others? What is the defining factor that makes one "eligible/worthy" of the coupons?

A group member said he got compensation, but other's haven't. is it only for the people that reported it?

I have not received the 1500 coupons. I got 2 seal scrolls and 2 lvl4 magatamas. Compared, it's obvious which one I'd want. COME ON, DEVS! COMPENSATE ME!

Is this really my compensation for an ENTIRE WEEK'S worth of TI/SA that i missed because of a bug in your system? Where are my gold tools and medium threads that i lost and had to post 5 times about the error to try and get the bug fixed? 2 seals and 2 lvl 4 mags, really?

The compensation and overall compensation is pathetic you cant seriously think that thats a fair compensation for an entire week of SA and TI

Yes sir. Although, it seems like I may have screenshotted the wrong TI pane. I would hope they could verify that I hadn't and couldn't do any that week, but who knows.

I submitted proof that my TI/SA was bugged as well and i didnt get the stuff that other people are getting. I only got 2 seals and 2 magatama pack. What kinda of crap is this oasis.

Indeed. I'm pretty sure I submitted screenshots of my bugged ti/sa, and I haven't gotten mine either.

Of course, did everything they requested and still only got 2 seal scrolls and 2 random lv4 magatama, haha.

Just an update on this situation.
The players who posted in this thread with screenshots will receive compensation as we're reviewing the players who didn't receive.
Once again, from 3-13 - 3-17, if you've posted on that thread with adequate information, You'll receive the proper compensation.

Now for players who posted on this thread. Most came from the first thread which is fine, however, the players who didn't post on the first thread but has the adequate information
