It's not that hard to build a ranked team, even less in a newly opened server. Just build 2 other working teams (look at the chases) and you are done.

There's nothing much to build tbh.. with your current ninjas just do two teams and care about it later when you get some more.

Team 10 can be useful if you have them at 2 stars.

Firemain, Iruka, Choji GNW Sai for the FM 40% boost + Irukas boost etc. (offensive team + interrupt)
Neji,Naruto,Kabuto,Anko (hoping for Ankos barriare so u can do more dmg with firemain team) + Interruption + Heal.
Kimimaro,Ino,Shikmaru,Sauker for more controll + healing on this team.

im not looking into chases and stuff u do that urself but thats what i would go for with what you have atm.
