So like the one we have ingame and when its a merged server its divided into server/merged same concept here.

EU/Brazil/Germany/Brazil etc

Could aswell throw in some rewards for hitting arena (nothing gamebreaking, maybe just as small as 10coupons a month).

EDIT: N.A. Oasis could aswell make a deal with twich and "stream" the matches and save them there or on youtube and if both players in the match accepts it the video get published etc. More PR for Naruto/Oasis.
