if u could give your summon it would be easier but ill still try making something:

I would go for fire buff team and ignition:
Tobi, Anko, Deidara, Fire main

put them like this:
X - X - X
Anko - Fire main - X
Deidara - Tobi - X

talents: 2, 2 or 4, 2, 3, 2

Point is to ignite all enemies and then use Deidara mystery to deal a lot damage.
at start of battle use Tobi Mastery then wait for Tobi to auto atack. immediatly after he do auto atack use deidara mastery and he will blast all ignited enemies. Next round just main mystery and auto fight.

get eagle king for now or tonton :p and np m8 :)
