Im using talents such has neurotoxin and poison tai however once i get Tô lv75 i entend Tô use brute force ( the last standard) with the passive that allows you to get +8% attack +2% life each time you suffer damage . My question is does mabui make any sense in this lineup? Should i trade her? I dont have sailor sakura btw Reply

If you use two kimimaros, definitely mabui is a must. Or you won't be able to use 2 60 chakra mistery at the same time. Also, her heal is good to heal the kimimaro with less hp.

i would go for light main sasuke mabui kimimaro so u get 3 swordsman and support, its tanky op combination.
Put em like that
X-X-X
main-mabui-kimimaro
sasuke-X-X
talents: 3,2,1,3,3 summon: serpent
if u dont have serpent change auto atack to one causing highfloat and use normal snake as summon.
its only combination i reccomend. Best if u gave us whole list of your ninjas and summons ;p
